Exit Art brings world culture into perspective—every day. Its voice echoed throughout the New York art scene this year with critically acclaimed exhibitions, performances and music.

Our shows envisioned global culture now, confronting issues as relevant as life and death in Corpus Extremus, the future of urban environments in Vertical Gardens, pan-African identity in Negritudé. In its own right, each show was a visual landmark. Each also blended performance, spoken word, film and music, exemplifying the distinctive role Exit Art plays in the art world today.

That’s us in a nutshell, and that is why Exit Art needs your continued support. It takes a unique institution willing to tackle tough issues year in and year out to bring perspective to the world in which we live.
